Tangent Moves is a music collective that salutes the art of spontaneity. Its anatomy is modular in nature, comprising a rotating group of individual artists with distinctive fortes, coming together via novel collaborations. Mentored by Lionel Tan, formerly of T’ang Quartet, these classical virtuosos and electronic mavericks venture into the spaces of jazz, ambient, classical and experimental. The initiative was kicked off by Tangent, the collaborative EP between hip-hop producer KoFlow and violinist David Loke Kai Yuan.
